Online price is the price for the item without adding any other costs such as domestic shipping or domestic Taxes. It is the price that you always see when you look for the item online.
It is the shipping cost that the website charges to deliver the item to one of our offices across the globe. Sometimes it's free shipping like Zappos, sometimes it's flat fee like Ralph Lauren ($8), sometimes it depends on the amount like Macy's and sometimes it's free after a certain amount like Old Navy (free shipping over $50).
It's the tax that you pay inside the country you are buying from imposed by some websites. The only way to find out whether there is a domestic tax on your order or not is to go for the checkout with the website and see if there is a tax or not applied on your order.
This is the fee for our service, and it's a flat fee of $5 for anything below $100 and 5% of the online price for anything above $100 which includes domestic shipping or domestic taxes, we advise our customers to put everything in one order for it to be calculated together for all your items especially if they are below $100.
We charge you $10 per 1/2kg according to the gross weight. This is for all orders that do not have shipping fee included upon the making of an order.
Total except the international shipping is due upon proceeding with the order and international shipping is due upon receiving the item(s).
We are excited to inform you that we have finally made it easy for our customers to order and pay for everything including shipping charges of most items.

Shipping Included:
The shipping fee charges are included, and you won’t have to pay any other international shipping fee charges upon the arrival of the order.

Shipping not Included:
These are the items that the international shipping fee will be calculated and paid for depending on the dimensional weight of the item after they arrive to our office $10 for each ½ KG.
You pay for your order before we purchase it and no order will be made before that. Kindly remember if you are paying for an item via Mobile Payment, please make sure you send us your order number and transaction details on our number +255764000877 right away.
For our customers who can’t make it to our office to pick up their orders we do, deliver for a specific fee depending on your location in Dar es salaam.
Yes, we do, you can order and have your items delivered to anywhere across Tanzania
For Standard orders/items (orders/items that arrive at our warehouse in the country of origin within 3-5 days) It takes 15 - 21 business days from the time the order has been placed and paid for.

For Non-Standard orders/items (orders/items that arrive at our warehouse in the country of origin within 7 days and more) It takes 15-21 business days from the time the order paid for and has been sent to our warehouse at the country of origin.

We do guarantee your shipment to reach you on the same condition that you bought which means that if you got your package damaged you get a full refund of it within the refund period
It takes 10-14 working days for a refund to be processed after your order has been approved for refund
No, Easybuyafrica doesn't cover/guarantee the manufacturing defects.

Easybuyafrica does not guarantee the quality of items that the customer picks however we do recommend and advice the customers beforehand on some of the websites thanks to our vast experience online retailers.
At the moment, no we do not.
We will store packages for you, free of charge, for a period of up to 40 days from the date of arrival to our warehouse. any abandon order/items for more than that period will be destroyed.
Yes we do, but when buying a used item You (The costumer) will take full responsibility of the quality and condition of the items when they arrive.
Yes, we do but only from USA with a maximum of 100ml bottles.

  • Noxious, hazardous, inflammable including perfume, LI-Batteries, Firecrackers and fireworks, explosive or Offensive weapons, sharp items such as kitchen knives and swords, Irradiating apparatus and radioactive materials or may become noxious, hazardous, inflammable, explosive or offensive or radioactive or may become liable to cause damage to any person or property whatsoever whether prescribed by laws or otherwise.
  • Imitation arms including toy guns, toy pistols, hand grenades.
  • Ammunition and associated products.
  • Munitions of war.
